At NZTeco, we believe businesses should have access to high-quality security technology at fair and competitive prices. If you find the same product — or a comparable solution using the same technology — at a lower price from another supplier in New Zealand, we’ll match it.

Our goal is simple: give you the confidence that you are getting the best value when choosing NZTeco.

What We Price Match

The NZTeco Price Match Promise applies to:

• ZKTeco products supplied by NZTeco
• Comparable access control systems, biometric readers, turnstiles, or time & attendance devices from other recognised brands
• Solutions using similar technologies such as RFID swipe cards, fingerprint biometrics, facial recognition, palm recognition, QR code access, or multi-factor authentication

If a comparable system using the same technology is available at a lower verified price, we’ll match it.

How to Request a Price Match

To request a price match, please provide the following information:

• The name of the supplier offering the lower price
• The product model or solution being compared
• A valid website link, written quote, or advertisement showing the lower price
• Proof that the product is currently available for sale

Quotes or advertisements must be dated within 30 days of the price match request.

Conditions

The NZTeco Price Match Promise applies when:

• The competitor is a legitimate supplier operating in New Zealand
• The product or solution is comparable in technology and specification
• The price is publicly advertised or verifiable by NZTeco
• The product is currently available and not discontinued

Exclusions

The Price Match Promise does not apply to:

• Private sales, auctions, marketplace listings, or classified advertisements
• Unauthorised sellers or grey-market imports
• Membership-only pricing or restricted partner pricing
• Bundle offers or package deals including additional products or services
• Clearance sales, liquidation pricing, rebates, or special promotional offers
• Incorrect or misprinted prices
• Prices listed in currencies other than New Zealand Dollars (NZD)

Verification

All price match requests are subject to verification by NZTeco. We may request additional information or documentation if required.

Once verified, NZTeco may choose to match or improve the competing price for the specified product and quantity.

Limitations

• Price matches apply only to the specific product and quantity approved
• One price match request per product per customer
• Price matches cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts

General

NZTeco reserves the right to approve or decline price match requests at its discretion. This Price Match Promise may be updated, modified, or withdrawn at any time.

All terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
